Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. If you're a Director of Advanced Manufacturing, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

In this role, you would lead and improve manufacturing across the global Industrial Business Group. This includes implementing platform innovative manufacturing and process technologies as well as optimizing manufacturing and value stream processes. What You Will Be Doing Establish and execute manufacturing platform strategies and process technology roadmap Assess and integrate advanced machinery and equipment into the value streams Actively monitor and seek potential new technologies and concepts to provide significantly more competitive manufacturing solutionsQualificationsWhat We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in engineering, or other technical degree Technical Master's degree or MBA preferred 10+ years' progressively responsible experience in manufacturing and/or production 5+ years' experience in an environment with automation, robotics and/or integrated machining/production cellso Deep machining automation experience preferred 5+ years' leadership experienceApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.
