We are looking for our next Head of Business Controlling, US West & Canada, where you will manage, develop and coordinate the finance function (budget, forecast, reporting, business analysis, business control - policy and process compliance, collections) for KONE Americas West Region and Canada by providing financial leadership to the organization to maximize business performance. You will report directly to our SVP, Finance - Americas to assure financial integrity and effective consolidation of financial information.

Please note:This position is Hybrid/Remote and open to candidates located in US West Region & Canada. No relocation required - Travel = ~40%RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with management team to provide forward looking business metrics and challenging the status quo.Produce accurate financial reports and analysis according to agreed time schedule.

Assure the correctness of managerial information.Implementation, monitoring and support of best business practices for billing and collection activities according to policies and procedures.Prepare and coordinate the 3YP, budget, forecasting and result analysis activities.

Coordinate, develop and manage financial accounting within the region to fulfill internal and external requirements consistent with company policy.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, (MBA) preferred10+ years progressively more responsible experience in private industry in accounting and finance5+ years supervisory experience5+ years Business Controller experienceProficient in use of Excel and databases, SAP and Hyperion knowledge is an advantageExcellent management accounting, analysis and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate and manage multiple projects and work under rigid time constraints.Ability to effectively communicate and present with all levels of employees within and to respond to complex inquiries or complaints.
