Robert Half Finance is looking for an ambitious Controller to join a well-respected and long standing Denver based developer and property management firm. This will be the top financial position for the organization, leading a small team of accountants and working very closely with the company leadership in day to day operations.

As the Controller, your tasks will include planning and directing all accounting operational functions, managing the all aspects of financial reporting for internal and external financial statements, managing all accounting and internal control systems, and guiding departmental staff. This role will manage a small team of high performing staff and senior accountants and work with extremely well-respected executive team.Ideal candidate for the controller position is a CPA with strong experience in the real-estate industry (commercial, residential, industrial). A foundation in public accounting is preferred.
